A favourite among schools due to its economical and versatile nature, whereby the only ingredient to create a good quality paint is water.  Powder paint is available in a range of standard and fluroescent colours.

Just mixed with water until the desired consistency is reached. Adding PVA glue products can also help to increase flexibility and produce glossier effects.
